In January 2024, the City of Ann Arbor began a collaborative elective course with Community High School entitled, "Youth Civic & Community Engagement." The course is designed to educate and empower young minds about their personal values, local governance, planning, and civic participation. The course is offered annually for students grade 9-12th. While the course is currently only offered at Community High, the city hopes to offer it to other schools in the near future. Help us figure out where!
