The project will upgrade traffic signals at 15 locations citywide, they include:

• Plymouth at Huron Parkway, Nixon, and Broadway
• Broadway at Swift
• Maple at Dexter, Maple Village, Liberty
• Fuller at Huron HS, Fuller Ct (south), Fuller Ct (north) & Bonisteel, Cedar Bend, and Maiden Lane
• Stadium at Packard, Henry;
• Main at Scio Church; and Ellsworth at Varsity and Boardwalk

July 1, 2026 Update

Construction begins today, July 1, at the Ellsworth/Varsity and Eisenhower/Boardwalk intersections. Work will continue through November 15^th, when construction will pause for the winter. Construction is scheduled to resume on April 16^th, 2027, with an anticipated project completion date of June 14^th, 2027.
