This project encompasses a full repaving of both the parking lots on the north side of Fuller Park, split into two phases. The goal of this project is to increase the public accessibility and functionality of the parking lots, which are currently in poor condition, that serve this busy park facility.

• First phase: Full reconstruction of the eastern, paved parking lot. The reconstruction will keep the current configuration and number of parking spaces.
• Second phase: Evaluate the potential for paving the western, non-paved parking lot, which has additional drainage and stormwater challenges in comparison with the east lot.
