The site is zoned R2B. The applicant is applying for a special exception use to construction a sorority house. The current structure would be demolished to build a

three-story, approximately 24,000 square foot sorority house with 23 bedrooms and 47 beds. The proposal includes a surface parking lot with 22 spaces.
