An application was submitted to rezone a 52,000-square foot parcel from R4C (Multi-Family Dwelling) to C2B (Business Service Commercial) to develop a 6-story residential building. The building has two floors of parking with about 84 proposed parking spaces and four stories of residential use, with 64 dwelling units.
