This site plan is for Drury Hotel. The seven story project includes:

• 180 guest rooms and additional guest amenity spaces
• 97 vehicular parking spaces

The project site currently has a vacant building, formerly used as a fitness center/gym. It is bordered by Briarwood Circle n the north and west and South State Street to the East. The parcels to the south include a restaurant and a gas station. The site is zoned TC1.

Additionally, the project team has applied for three variance requests with the Zoning Board of Appeals.

The project is located in Ward 4.
