The proposal adds a 2,582 square foot building addition for a library, reconstruct and reconfigure the parking lot, and upgrade the stormwater detention. There is no increase in the number of students is expected as a result of this work. The site is zoned R1B Single Family with an approved special exception use.

October 18, 2024: A Citizen Participation postcard was sent to all residents within a 500 feet radius notifying them of the project and providing contact information for any questions or concern. The mailing list consisted of 55 residences. Two responses were received and shared with the Project Manager.
