Gift of Life Michigan is proposing three additions (about 15,000 sq ft) and renovations to their existing building.

• The front facing one-story wing on the west half of the building will be demolished and replaced with a new connector wing,
• The original eastern building will be fully demolished and replaced with a new one-story east wing containing laboratory and medical
• A small utility room addition will be added to the north side of the building.

Site work will include the addition of a plaza in the enclosed courtyard, the replacement and extension of the front parking lot into a visitor entry circle, the addition of 17 parking spaces, replacement of the trash collection and delivery court, and replacement of the eastern drive. The use of the building will not change with the proposed improvements.

This is considered a Type 2 development. Postcards will be mailed to all properties within 500 feet of the building. The postcard has the applicant's contact information.
