The proposed site plan would annex four parcels from Pittsfield Township to rezone to R4E, Multiple-Family Residential, for the construction of 75 residential townhouse units in 12 new buildings. The property is already zoned for residential. One of the parcels has a home on it that will be demolished.

There will be 167 parking spaces on site with garages and surface parking accessed through one central drive to Scio Church Road.

February 22, 2024: A neighbor meeting was held. Several revisions to the plan were made such as enhanced tree screening, a screen fence along the northwest corner, and limited site lighting aim to mitigate potential impacts and foster positive neighbor relationships.
