Project Overview
This project is a proposed rezoning from R4A to planned unit development (PUD) to construct 46 units of affordable housing in a four-story building with approximately 4,000 square feet of retail. A single curb cut from Packard will lead to a 44-space parking lot behind the building. The existing residence will remain on site. The site is in Ward 3.
