The proposed new development contemplates 76 townhomes configured in 17 buildings on 8 acres. Townhouses will be 2- and 3-bedroom configuration with internal garages. This will involve annexing the land into the city and rezoning it to R4E (with conditions) for the project.

The community participation meeting was held on June 3, 2026. The final participation report has been uploaded to SP26-0010 in STREAM.
