Project Overview

3005 Packard Site Plan for City Planning Commission approval for the relocation of the solid waste enclosure from the south to the north side of the site and four additional Class C bicycle parking spaces.

This project proposes to relocate a solid waste enclosure from the south side of an existing building to the north side, to add a vehicular loading area, and add a sidewalk from Platt Road to the building. The project will increase the impervious area by 1,796 square feet.

This project involves a site plan for review at City Planning Commission.

Site Plan: Site plans are reviewed by the City’s different service areas for compliance with the Unified Development Code. After a project is submitted, staff review takes 2-3 weeks. Then the applicant revises the plans and resubmits. Staff takes another 2-3 weeks to review, and this cycle continues until all comments are addressed. The project is then scheduled for a City Planning Commission meeting for a vote.

The community participation meeting postcards have been sent out. If you have any questions for the development team, please contact info@jbradleymoore.com

If you are interested in following the review process for this project, please keep checking this page for updates. You can also visit the project file (SP25-0011) in STREAM (stream.a2gov.org) to see when the project is resubmitted and the status of each reviewer.
