The proposed development expansion of the Forest Cove Condominium includes an additional 13,704 square foot, one-story building (Unit 6) in the northeast portion of the site and a 6,158 square foot one-story building (Unit 7), in the southwest portion of the site. Both are proposed office expansions.

Additional updates include the relocation of the trash/recycling dumpster enclosure and additional bike parking. Existing parking will be utilized to service the proposed development; no additional parking is proposed. Portions of the parking lot are to be re-stripped to relocate and add additional accessible parking spaces.
