Site History: In October 2025, a rezoning to R4E (Multiple-Family Dwelling) District was approved by City Council. At the same time, a site plan was approved for a five-story residential building with 262 units, 268 garage parking spaces, and 31 exterior parking spaces. See SP24-0006 in STREAM for more details. In May 2026, a new site plan was submitted for the same site, increasing the height and adding additional uses.

Site Plan Overview: The proposed site plan contemplates a new seven-story building with 287 residential units. The site is currently vacant. The site is zoned R4E District. See SP26-0011 in STREAM for full plans.

Access & Parking: The site will have vehicular access at the existing curb cut on Ann Arbor Saline Road, which is shared with Cranbrook Village shopping center. A new curb cut is proposed on Oakbrook Drive. There would be 216 garage parking spaces and 63 exterior parking spaces, as well as 200 bicycle parking spaces.

Natural Features & Landscaping: The site is currently vacant, and there are limited natural features and no landmark trees. There is an existing stormwater detention basin that will be retained with some regrading. 14 new street trees are proposed, as well as 18 new trees for screening and buffering.

In early June 2026, a postcard was sent to neighbors within 500ft of the development alerting them that a new site plan was submitted. If you have follow-up questions for the development team, please email office@jbradleymoore.com.

This site plan (SP26-0011) would superseded the previously approved site plan (SP24-0006). The approving body in Planning Commission.
