The project proposes an expansion of the existing Ponds at Georgetown apartment complex to increase residential units from 119 to 134 and add 15 new vehicle parking spaces. The new buildings will be 3-story, townhouse-style units. The petition includes rezoning (from R4A to R4B) and land division. City Council will have final approval.
