A proposed site plan to construct a 6-story residential building providing around 300 apartments and three 4-unit townhome buildings. A total of 438 vehicle parking spaces and 74 bicycle parking spaces will be provided, most within the base of the residential building and some in townhome garages. Access to the site is proposed from one driveway each to E Stadium Blvd and Manchester Rd. Eleven landmark trees are proposed to be removed and mitigated as required on site and in Manchester Park Site is 4.0 acres, at 2424 E Stadium Blvd, zoned TC1 (Transit Corridor).

Postcards were mailed to property owners within a 500 foot radius of this property and were posted on the City's website.
