Project Overview

A site plan that proposes 343-unit residential development that is 100% affordable at 50-70% of the area median income in a TC1 zone. The building will be 9-12 stories tall with with the first three levels dedicated to structured parking. The parking structure holds 313 parking spaces, with 19 additional surface parking spaces. The buildings includes studios to 4-bedrooms units.

The existing building would be demolished. Amenities for the development will include shifting the bus stop to provide additional shelter during inclement weather, a fitness area, an indoor kids area, a playground, a pool, and other amenities.

This is considered a Type 2 development. As such, postcards were mailed to every property within 500 feet of 2285 W. Liberty. Interested persons/parties can contact the developer. The contact information for Tareen Development Group is listed on the postcard.
