Buildings will be constructed with masonry, cementitious siding with trim, and cladding around the windows and upgraded garage doors. The project will use the previously constructed public-private stormwater infrastructure on site. Each unit will have an individual garage. The parcel is zoned R4B and located in Ward 4.
