Welcome to the 2027 Local Street Resurfacing Program page! Each year, the City of Ann Arbor uses a data-driven approach to identify candidate streets for resurfacing and coordinate this work with other planned improvement projects to maximize resources. This page serves as the landing page for all local streets resurfacing projects in 2027 and will be updated periodically; currently, there are three Project Areas proposed for resurfacing.

As projects come online and progress, more details for each Project Area will be updated on the relevant subpage; for email updates, it is encouraged to 'Follow' this page as well as the Project Area page(s) you would like updates for.
