Project Overview
This project has two parts.
- A petition to rezone the 64,135-square foot Arbor Springs from PUD Zoning District to R4E (Multiple-Family Dwelling) district,
- A site plan to demolish the existing buildings and construct a 101, 290 square foot apartment building with 70 units on top of a parking garage podium.
The site is bisected by Traver Creek. The new building will be on the south side of the creek, accessed from Jones Drive.
