Woodbury Gardens proposes to rezone their existing development from various R4 districts (Multiple Family) to TC1 (Transit Corridor), with conditions capping the building height. One parcel would be redeveloped with two seven-story buildings containing 357 dwelling units, and a five level parking garage.

An administrative land transfer would be required.
