The following Area Plan petition is for City Council review and approval. Recommendation from Planning Commission and Planning & Development Services is required. No annexation petitions, rezoning petitions, PUD zoning petitions, special exception uses, planned project modifications, landscape modifications or variance requests are required.

The proposed development will consist of 985 residential units, 19,550 sf of ground floor retail, a hotel with 120 keys, public open space, and two parking garages with a combined 1,180 spaces. The development will replace one four-story and four single-story office buildings. The units will be a mix of studio, one, and two bedrooms.
